We got a Large cheese and 5 regular wings w/ medium sauce. The wings were great! Perfect amount of heat and crispy. I think they were entirely drums, which we don’t mind… but they were pretty expensive IMO (obviously, you pay more for less but still… $1.85 a wing…) The pizza was really really good!! The sauce was spot on, and the cheese was fresh. A little floppy, but the doughiness was delicious in its own respect and their dough is some of the best I’ve had! Not sloppy at all which is a good thing! The large cheese pizza is a great bang for your buck!!

Great Buffalo style pizza. We had the Pepperoni home slice. From the sauce to the cheese to Pepperoni and the crust delicious. $11 for 2 slices and 2 pops. Must have if your visiting Buffalo. Side note it was funny watching the staff eating chic fillet in-between serving customers. Will be back.

Wanna guess what we had for dinner Friday night? Picasso's Pizza. Wanna guess what we had for dinner tonight? Picasso's Pizza. Wanna guess what we had for dinner last night? Gumbo, actually. But my husband ate Friday night's Picasso's leftovers for lunch yesterday. My "pizza princess" ate Picasso's three nights in a row. If you knew my husband, you'd know that's a BIG DEAL. I grew up in Medina, where we had 10-10-Takeout and Mary's Pizza & Subs. Picasso's reminds me a lot of what Mary's was like - that amazing soft, pillowy crust, charred pepperoni, and a well done pie. Buffalo pizza at its best! My husband grew up in Louisiana, where crawfish are king and pizza comes from some national chain. Still, he knows what he likes and he's very particular about it. When he was working in Baytown, TX, he fell in love with this place called Pipeline Pizza. He couldn't stop talking about it. Every night we'd talk (him in Texas; me up here). Every night he was craving some Pipeline Pizza. When that project was finished, he missed that pizza more than anything. Since then, he's worked in Beaumont, TX and in Utica. He's been trying to find something he loves as much as Pipeline ever since. Friday night when he came home, I had ordered Picasso's through DoorDash. He took his first bite and his eyes locked with mine. I knew. I just knew. I did it. I found everything he's been searching for in a pizza. Friday night I ordered the medium. Tonight he wanted more leftovers so he could take some back with him to his job in Utica when he leaves tomorrow. He wanted a large. A large. Have you ever SEEN the large? Oh yeah. It's humongous! A large pizza, five wings, and French fries. By the way, the fries are pretty amazing, too! I love the steak fries over the shoestring fries any day, and these were perfectly done and still warm when they got to the door. I didn't try the wings myself, but he had them with the Thai chili sauce and said they were incredible. (Review copied and pasted from my Yelp account. Written in 2021.)

Picasso's Pizza in Williamsville, NY, stands out as a beacon for authentic Buffalo-style pizza lovers and those seeking a satisfying, hearty meal. Nestled on 6812 Transit Rd, this local gem consistently delivers pizzas that feature a soft, pillowy crust paired with charred pepperoni and a perfectly balanced sauce—elements that define the region’s celebrated style. Their dough is notably fresh and beautifully textured, avoiding undue flop while preserving a delicious chewiness, which many diners, including myself, find magnetically comforting.

The menu is thoughtfully diverse, catering to varied cravings with highlights such as the classic Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza, Da Boss’s Favorite Gluten Free option, and inventive offerings like the Steak Bacon and Bleu or the Medium Pizza topped with Black and Green Olives alongside Sausage. I’ve found the Double Pepperoni Double Cheese Pizza particularly indulgent, a perfect harmony of generous toppings and rich cheese melt. Complementing the pies are standout sides—Picasso's Famous Mozzarella Garlic Bread and Italian Baked Style Chicken Wings, with sauces that deliver on both spice and flavor complexity.

Wings here are crisply fried, offering just the right level of heat and a satisfying crunch, though some might find the price point premium for the portion size. The Potato Wedges and Garlic Bread with Cheese round out the meal with rustic textures and savory depth. Not to be overlooked are the unique touches like the Stinger Calzone and Fried Dough Balls, which add to the brand’s creative spin on traditional pizzerias.

Customer experiences echo my sentiments, with frequent praise of the pies’ fresh ingredients and dough quality. Whether indulging in a simple large cheese pizza or venturing into their combo platters featuring wings and fries, customers consistently note the satisfying balance of flavors and the comfort of a well-made Buffalo pizza. For anyone visiting the Buffalo area or locals craving something genuinely delicious and reliably hearty, Picasso’s Pizza - Williamsville offers an inviting, authentic experience that resonates long after the last bite.
